1. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with Graphix LLC, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this document. These terms apply to all products and services including but not limited to custom printing, laser engraving, promotional products, graphic design, and branding services.

2. Payments

Graphix LLC accepts multiple forms of payment including but not limited to cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment platforms.

Full payment or a deposit may be required before production begins depending on the order.

Any deposit made toward an order is non-refundable.

If a customer cancels an order after placing a deposit, the deposit will not be refunded but may be applied as store credit valid for one (1) year from the date of the original payment.

3. Custom Products & Refund Policy

All products produced by Graphix LLC are custom made.

Because of the personalized nature of our products:

• All custom orders are non-refundable.

• Refunds will not be issued once production has begun.

If a product is determined to be defective due to an error made by Graphix LLC, the item may be replaced.

To qualify for a replacement:

• The product must be returned to Graphix LLC.

• The customer is responsible for all shipping costs both ways.

• Items must be returned in the same condition received.

Graphix LLC reserves the right to determine whether an item qualifies as defective.

4. Production Time

Standard production time is 7 business days unless otherwise stated.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Production time begins only after:

• Payment has been received

• Artwork/design has been approved

Large orders, complex jobs, or supply availability may extend production time.

5. Rush Orders

Rush services may be available depending on the product and production schedule.

Rush orders are typically subject to a $250 rush fee, though pricing may vary depending on the project.

Rush services are evaluated case-by-case and are not guaranteed.

6. Artwork & Copyright Responsibility

Customers submitting artwork, logos, trademarks, or other designs confirm that they own the rights or have permission to use the artwork.

Graphix LLC is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations resulting from artwork supplied by a customer.

By submitting artwork, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold Graphix LLC harmless from any claims related to intellectual property violations.

7. Graphic Design Services

Graphix LLC offers logo design services with the following pricing structure:

$150 Logo Package

• Up to 2 revisions

$300 Logo Package

• Up to 10 revisions

$500 Logo Package

• Unlimited revisions

Additional revisions beyond the selected package may result in additional fees.

All design work remains the intellectual property of Graphix LLC until full payment has been received.

8. Customer-Supplied Items for Laser Engraving

Customers may provide their own items for laser engraving.

By submitting an item for engraving, the customer acknowledges and accepts that:

• Certain materials may react unpredictably to laser engraving.

• Graphix LLC is not responsible for damage to customer-supplied items unless the damage is determined to be the direct result of negligence by Graphix LLC.

Graphix LLC cannot guarantee results on customer-supplied materials.

9. Shipping Policy

Graphix LLC offers shipping only. Local delivery is not available.

All shipped orders include insured shipping.

Once an order leaves the possession of Graphix LLC and is transferred to the shipping carrier, Graphix LLC is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss that occurs during transit.

Customers must resolve shipping claims directly with the carrier when applicable.

10. Order Cancellations

Customers may request to cancel an order prior to production.

However:

• Any deposit paid is non-refundable.

• Deposits may be converted to store credit valid for one (1) year from the date of payment.

Orders that have already entered production cannot be canceled.

11. Marketing & Promotional Use

Graphix LLC reserves the right to photograph, record, and display any products created for marketing, promotional, or portfolio purposes.

This includes but is not limited to use on:

• Social media

• Websites

• Advertisements

• Promotional materials

By placing an order, the customer agrees that Graphix LLC may publicly share images or videos of completed work.

12. Limitation of Liability

Graphix LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of any product or service provided.

Graphix LLC’s maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.

13. Changes to Terms

Graphix LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
